The Way of the bow, the way of voice.

After reading "Zen and the Archery by Eugen Herrigel " I thought that there was a certain similarity between the archer and the singer. Hello everyone!

this week, except for the proclamation of the winners of our contest, Softly ... with love, I have neglected my little space ...
the school, kindergarten, twice-weekly therapy for my son, joined the shelter of my mother-in-law ... and yes, they finally had to act to reduce both fractures .... I almost shot like a top!!

I want to offer these delicious cups portion that I prepared this morning, taking advantage of a few hours of freedom ... Beatrice walking with his grandparents and Christian engaged in a rugby tournament .... sure, I could have / should have ironed .. . but I find my mini kitchen much more relaxing axis da stiro!!



INGREDIENTI

1 pan di spagna
 io ne ho fatto uno con 6 uova,250 gr di zucchero,250 gr di farina,e l'ho cotto nella placca del forno.non serve che sia alto.

una confezione di mascarpone da 250 gr
100 gr di zucchero
1 uovo
caffè (quanto basta)
poco latte
2 cucchiai di Baylis
cacao amaro
1 cucchiaio di pasta di nocciole
granella di nocciole




PROCEDIMENTO

- per prima cosa,preparare il pan di spagna (io l'ho fatto la sera prima)
- montare  the egg white until stiff and set aside
- in a bowl and work until creamy mascarpone with the sugar and egg yolk




- add a tablespoon of hazelnut paste, and mix well



-combine egg whites, and mix very delicatamente.di this step, I have no pictures ... sorry ...!

- cut discs of sponge cake ... I made three different sizes, according as the diameter of the cups I used



In a cup, put the coffee lightened with a little milk and two tablespoons of Baylis.intingere, not completely, the discs in wet sponge with coffee



I put the mascarpone cream in hazelnut a pastry bag pochè.coprire the first disk of sponge cake with cream, overlapping slightly larger than a hard, wet (this time using a brush), and add another layer of cream



To Finally, use a disk of sponge of the same diameter coppa.bagnarlo slightly, cover with a fine layer of crema.cospargere the cups with the cocoa and add a little bit of hazelnut



should be kept in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours before eating ...

What can I say? we loved it ... the delicate flavor of hazelnut, not at all hidden dalla bagna al caffè,appositamente diluito con il latte... sicuramente da rifare.comode le monoporzioni,che si prestano anche per rinfreschi estivi,magari di dimensioni ridotte!
