as I said prima,è una torta molto versatile.oggi ho voluto renderla molto golosa,e l'ho farcita con panna montata e crema gianduja...quella che vi ho postato ieri...
500 ml di panna fresca da montare
50 gr di zucchero a velo
8 cucchiai di crema gianduja
montare la panna con lo zucchero a velo.unire la crema gianduja e mescolare piano,dall'alto verso il basso,fino a quando i due composti sarannben amalgamati.
io la torta l'ho tagliata in tre strati.essendo umida,non l'ho bagnata.
mettere un disco di torta sul piatto da portata e aggiungere un abbondante strato di panna golosa.coprire con il secondo disco e versare su questo la panna rimanente.coprire con l'ultimo disco e mettere in frigorifero per almeno three hours, so it settles.
